Rating Your Worker
Rating Your Worker
Temp's rating system is fundamental to how businesses hire workers on Temp. Temp rating system is built on the idea that businesses can hire based on ratings and review from past jobs rather than conventional resumes which take more time to review. Ratings give business realistic reviews from how a worker will perform in any job.
How does it work?
Image of the rating popup to rate workers on their job performance.
Once you complete your workers timesheets and navigate to the my jobs page. You can click on the complete job button. Once clicked you will be presented with a confirmation message, if you want to complete the job. If you select yes, you will be presented with the rating popup. Here you are required to rate each worker on four different topics which include
Work Ethic
Attitude
Communication
Self-Management
Each of the 4 ratings are out of 25 which adds up to a total of 100. We understand that with large groups of workers this may be time consuming and in some cases workers might work autonomously. However we ask that you give an honest rating on each worker and leave some feedback as it what helps business hire quicker.
Where are ratings displayed?

This information will be displayed on the workers profile and will help future employers understand the worker. The idea of the ratings system is to give each party the clearest picture of each other.
Does my worker rate me?
Yes absolutely. Temp aims to create a fair platform for both workers and job providers which means both parties get rated. Once your worker has rated you this will appear on your company profile. Your rating will also appear on each job you post so make sure you try to always maintain
Image of rating on the business job post. This can be viewed by workers if they scroll down to the bottom of each job post.
What if I get a bad rating?
The math behind the ratings.
In the unlikely event that you're given a bad rating but you may have had a difficult worker then don’t worry about it as yes this will bring your overall rating down but thanks to the power of you total average you won't be that affected. Not to mention that in this case it is clear to tell which party has the better reputation. The more hires and better ratings you receive the stronger your rating becomes.
The rating system is what the Temp platform is built on so always be honest and please leave feedback.
