How does it work?
Temp's unique rating system is the foundation of Temp. We want to speed up the hiring process without compromising on the quality of candidates.
Working jobs through Temp should be more than just earning a few bucks on the side. We want users to have the ability to build a career profile which demonstrates their first hand skills and their ability in the workplace.
At the end of each job both workers and job providers rate each other on their performance. You can rate your job provider at the end of each job by clicking on the complete job button. Once you complete the job you will be presented the rating popup as seen in the image above.
Ratings should always be honest as we want both parties to have a clear picture of who they want to work with. As a worker you are rated on
Work ethic
Attitude
Communication
Self management.
Rating your job provider
There is also the ability to leave some feedback. Feedback is moderated by the Temp team so make sure it's honest and constructive as it can be seen by future applicants.
As a worker you will rate your job provider on four different criteria which are
Induction
Management
Communication
Culture
Where are ratings displayed?
Your rating is displayed on your profile and is visible to all job providers. You can also view individual job ratings and feedback at the bottom of the profile page.

What if I get a bad rating?
If you receive a bad rating you need to first consider if something has gone wrong during your job. We all have bad days but whenever you work a job through Temp you must always put your best foot forward. Unfortunately on rare occasions you may not get the rating that you deserved. This is where the strength in numbers comes into play as the more jobs you work with a high rating the less a lower rating is gonna affect you overall.
