Reporting a Job Provider
Reporting a Job Provider
If you have had a negative experience with a job provider on the Temp platform, you can file a report against them. Filing a report can help Temp identify bad actors, while also ensuring that other workers are aware of potential issues with certain job providers.
To file a report, follow these steps:
Log into your Temp account and go to the job posting in question.
Click on the "Report" button.
Select the reason for your report. You can choose from three options:
"Job provider didn't turn up": If the job provider didn't show up for the job.
"Job provider acted in an inappropriate way": If the job provider acted in a way that made you uncomfortable or violated your boundaries, choose this option.
"Other": If the issue you experienced doesn't fit into either of the above categories, choose this option and provide a detailed explanation in the text box provided.
Provide any additional details about the incident in the text box. Be as specific and detailed as possible, and include any evidence you may have.
Click "Submit" to submit your report to Temp.
After you submit your report, Temp will review it and take appropriate action if necessary. It's important to note that Temp may not be able to share the outcome of any action taken against the job provider, as this information may be confidential.
Filing a report is an important step in keeping the Temp platform safe for all workers. If you have any questions or concerns about filing a report, don't hesitate to reach out to Temp's customer support team for assistance.
If you didn't find your answer, email our support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
