Reporting a Worker

Reporting a Worker

As a job provider on the Temp platform, it can be frustrating when a worker fails to meet expectations or acts inappropriately. In some cases, it may be necessary to file a report against a worker to ensure the safety and efficiency of future job postings.

To file a report against a worker, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Temp account and go to the dashboard or applicant page.

  2. Locate the worker and click the "Report " button.

  3. Select the reason for your report. You can choose from one of the following options:

    • "My worker didn't turn up to the job": If the worker did not show up for the job

    • "The worker acted in an inappropriate way": If the worker acted in a way that made you uncomfortable or violated your boundaries, choose this option.

    • "The worker misrepresented their skills or qualifications": If the worker did not have the necessary skills or qualifications to complete the job as agreed, choose this option.

  4. Provide any additional details about the incident in the text box. Be as specific and detailed as possible, and include any evidence you may have, such as screenshots or messages.

  5. Click "Submit Report" to submit your report to Temp.

After you submit your report, Temp will review it and take appropriate action if necessary. It's important to note that Temp may not be able to share the outcome of any action taken against the worker, as this information may be confidential.

Filing a report is an important step in ensuring the safety and efficiency of the Temp platform for all job providers. If you have any questions or concerns about filing a report, don't hesitate to reach out to Temp's customer support team for assistance
